Here is a look at some of the more interesting numbers from the Washington Redskins 32-21 victory over the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday:

254 - Yards passing on 22 completions for the venerable Todd Collins (29 attempts).

124.8 - The final quarterback rating for Collins (22 of 29 for 254, 2 TD, 0 INT).

124 - Total yards of offense for Clinton Portis - 76 yards rushing on 20 attempts, and 48 yards receiving on 5 receptions.

106 - Yards rushing for the Redskin offense. It may not sound like much, but the Viking defense came in having allowed the fewest yards per game of any team - 88 yards.

Ironically, that's exactly how few rushing yards the Redskins allowed - 88.

71 - Yards receiving, and a touchdown for Santana Moss on just 4 receptions. Moss showed the kind of toughness that Redskin fans have come to expect from him, and

went up and just 'took' the ball on his 32-yard touchdown reception.

57 - The number on the back of Randall Godfrey, who had a stellar game replacing the injured Rocky McIntosh. The veteran had 5 solo tackles and 4 additional assists after

not even being on the active roster last week. Great work Randall.

47 - Yards that Fred Smoot returned a Tarvaris Jackson interception in the first quarter. Smoot took the ball all the way down to the Minnesota 8-yard line, and while

Washington failed to score on the drive, they did score a safety on the ensuing Minnesota drive thanks to the field position. It was Smoot's first trip back to the Metrodome

to face his 'old team'.

27 - Yards of rushing on 9 carries was all that rookie sensation Adrian Peterson could manage against a stingy Redskin defense.

26 - Yard field goal by Shaun Suisham in the third quarter. Why is it significant? Suisham is now 27 of 33 on the season for a success rate of 81.8%. That's significant

because it would be the second highest percentage ever for a Redskin kicker, behind only Mark Moseley's near perfect 20 of 21, 1982 season (95.2%). Scott Blanton

currently holds down the number two slot at 81.2% in 1996 (26 of 32), followed by Brett Conway's 78.8% in 2001 (26 of 33). Regardless of whether or not Suisham ends up

in the Redskins record books, it's been a good season for the Canadian eh?

12 - The number of defensive players that the Vikings had on the field when Collins bobbled a snap in the fourth quarter. The Vikings recovered the fumble, but Joe Gibbs

through the red flag to challenge the play on the grounds that Minnesota had 12 defenders on the field. They did - the play was over-turned and gave the Redskins the ball

back - and the momentum of the game swung back in Washington's favor. Portis scored 7 plays later to make it 32-14.

2 - Touchdowns for Portis - 1 running the ball, 1 THROWING the ball. Portis hit Antwaan Randle El for a touchdown on a running back option pass in the second quarter.

1 - More win to make the playoffs.

The Redskins now control their own fate. With a win over the Dallas Cowboys in the season finale, Washington will earn a Wild Card spot and a shot at the Lombardi.
