2007 Results: 7-9
2008 Projected Cap Status: $21,971,300 under the projected Cap of $116,729,000
2007 Season Recap:
Buffalo finished the 2007 season ranked second, in a very weak AFC East division, but they missed the playoffs as the defensive unit finished the year ranked 31st in total defense, allowing 55 passes of 20 yards or more and yielding on average 362.9 yards per game.
1. Wide Receiver: Lee Evans and Roscoe Parrish are athletic, and have some speed the Bills need a tall wide-out with size and strength to be the go to guy in the red zone, and be an over-the-middle presence for a receiving corps. A pass catching Tight End would also fill a need
2. Defensive End: Aaron Schobel and Chris Kelsay, combined for total of 9 sacks in 2007 but the Browns lacked depth at the end position last year. They don't need an immediate starter at the position but a young quality defensive end prospect that can spell Schobel and Kelsay for now and develop into an every down player down the road.
3. Cornerback: Jabari Greer played well at times, but was beaten downfield too often, and with Kiwaukee Thomas and Jason Webster both gone the Bills will look to rebuild depth at this position or even a starting corner.
