The Washington Redskins will open the 2010 NFL Season on September 12th at FedEx Field against their NFC East rivals from Texas. The game will be broadcast in prime time on NBC. Many hoped the 2010 season would kick off with new Redskins Quarterback Donovan McNabb facing his former team the Philadelphia Eagles, that meeting won't take place until the Redskins travel to Philly on October 3rd, other notable games include a second Sunday night appearance in prime time when the Indianapolis Colts visits FedEx on October 15th. Following their Week 9 bye, the Redskins will face the Eagles in their final prime time game of the 2010 season, Monday Night November 15th. The schedule hits a rough patch here with the Titans, Vikings and Giants in consecutive weeks. This will be a rough four weeks for the team, but the 2010 Washington Redskins will be the least traveled team in the NFC East. The Redskins will travel roughly 5,000 fewer miles than the rest of the teams in the division and they have no games in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.
