There were some wacky numbers and statistics from the Washington Redskins' wacky, unpredictable 33-26 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Here are some of the most telling:

397 - All-purpose yards for the Redskins, to the Vikings 389 yards - pretty much a stone cold draw.

284 - Yards passing for Rex Grossman on a 26 of 41 day. He had two touchdowns and 1 interception. His performance was as unremarkable as his 89.9 rating, and while the numbers are respectable, they came against one of the league's poorest pass defenses.

241 - Yards rushing for the Vikings. A Redskin defense that has been formidable all year, looked very average on Saturday - especially in the second half.

132 - Yards rushing for rookie Evan Royster. With fellow rookie Roy Helu banged up and unable to play, Royster got his first start and made the most of it. His longest of his 19 carries was 28 yards, and he also caught 2 passes for an additional 15 yards. The Redskins may have a lot of holes, but running back isn't one of them.

109 - Yards rushing for Toby Gergart on 11 attempts, in relief of Adrian Peterson. Gerhart's longest was a 67-yarder that stretched his yards per carry to a gaudy 9.9. Webb scored 2 plays later on a 9-yard scamper.

84 - Yards passing for Joe Webb, after completing 4 of 5 passes in relief of an injured Christian Ponder. Ponder only managed 63 yards on 13 attempts (8 completions). Webb also rushed 5 times for 34 yards and a touchdown.

77 - Yards receiving for Jabar Gaffney, on 6 receptions, including a beautiful one-handed touchdown grab. The dependable possession receiver surpassed his career best mark of 875 yards a year ago in Denver, and now has 64 catches for 919 yards in 2011.

59 - Yards receiving for Donte Stallworth. He was solid, and his 5 receptions were the most action that he's seen this year.

38 - Yards rushing on 12 attempts for Adrian Peterson. While AP did have a touchdown run, the Redskins defense were doing a decent job containing him.

33 - Yards receiving for Darrel Young. The more he plays - the better he gets. Two impressive blocking outings in a row have helped pave the way for 100-plus yard days for both Royster and Helu.

17 - Tackles for London Fletcher, 7 solo, 10 assisted. He continues to lead the NFL in tackles, and also shared a sack with Adam Carriker on Saturday.

8 - Penalties for 64 yards against Washington. Dagger.

6 - Losses in a row for the Vikings coming into the game. Why on earth a 2-12 team that was poised to make a run at the first draft pick would want to win a game is a question for another day, but on Saturday, the Vikings were better than the Redskins, and earned their 3rd win of the season to end the 6-game slide.

6 - Consecutive losses at home for the Redskins. Home-field disadvantage.

4 - For 4 for the always unpredictable Graham Gano, including from 53 yards. In the end his 4 field goals weren't enough to win, but on this day, Gano did everything asked of him.

2 - Of Joe Webb's 4 completions (5 attempts) were touchdown passes.

The Redskins last game of the season is against the 7-8 Philadelphia Dream Team.
