THN is pleased to announce that SportsTalk 980's Redskin beat report Bram Weinstein will be on hand Tuesday, October 4, 2005 at 3:00 pm to answer the questions of the Redskin faithful.

Bram has been a fixture on the local airwaves since joining SportsTalk 980 full-time in January of 2000. The Silver Spring, MD native attended American University, where he majored in Broadcast Journalism. During his time at AU, Bram interned at the original SportsTalk 980, then known as the TEAM, AM 570, followed by an internship with the local legend Warner Wolf on WUSA-TV9.

Bram spent some time at CNN in Washington, before accepting a local television anchor position in Hastings, Nebraska, where he promptly worked his way to the weekend sports anchor, and finally ended up doing the entire evening news by himself, including shooting video, interviewing guests, writing the stories, editing tapes and of course, the local high school sports report.

After two years of his one-man show, Weinstein returned to the DC area, hoping to fulfill his life-long dream and cover DC area sports. While working for Montgomery County local cable access news, Bram ran into Andy Pollin with whom Bram had worked with at the TEAM, and Bram has been with the station ever since.

Now entering his fifth season as the Redskins beat reporter, Bram offers a wide range of knowledge on the team, and thankfully, he will be sharing that knowledge with members of theHogs.net.

Starting Monday, September 26, 2005, THN will be accepting questions from registered members of the site. 10-20 questions will be selected next Monday, October 3, 2005. Please join THN an opportunity to grill a Redskins insider on your favorite team.
