Interceptions... Incompletions...

If a QB throws an interception... is he credited in the stats with an incompletion also?

I think it's a stat on its own. You know, like 12-24-330-1. (Attempts-Completions-Yards-Ints)

I feel sorry for QB's with WR's like Rod on their team. They throw a perfect pass and get hit with an incompletion.

You throw one pass and it's picked off, your stats would be:


0 completions (or 1 incompletion)
1 attempt
1 interception.
