If Miami were to fire him do you think the Skins should bring him in as the DC?

I think he (Wannstedt) or Jim Fassel would be good replacements. I know Fassel is done in NY after the last 2 games as well.

Question is... will either get head coaching jobs or will they have to settle for co-ordinator duties?
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

I think Fassel was an offensive coach before he got the Giant job. In any case, I wouldn't be surprised to see him end up in Arizona when McGinnis gets axed.

And if that happens, McGinnis wouldn't be a bad guy to bring aboard.

No way on Wanstadt....cowpuke!

Fassel or McGinnis? Not sure I'd like either of those two. Is McGinnis a defensive guy? I want a defensive oriented coach....smash mouth, running oriented offense, with a shut-em down defensive mentality. Remember Marvin Lewis?
God bless our troops and Joe Gibbs.

I completely agree!!

One thing this team needs is to get TOUGH. They are a very, and I mean very soft bunch of guys.

Everytime I see that goddam%*@d arm tackling... I feel like blasing my TV set.

These guys need to be disciplined in their defensive assigments and hit a lot harder when they tackle.
HAIL GIBBS' FROM SO CAL. MAY HE BRING THE TOUGHNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM THAT WE HAVE BEEN LACKING!!

I think Fassel was an offensive coach before he got the Giant job.

fassel was qb coach. he worked with elway, then turned collins into a monster. would be a great OC to butt heads with OBC, although it'll probably never happen. imagine fassel working with ramsey

that would be TOO sweet.

Anyone know if Herm was an OC or a DC? I know there are some that don't like him, but he might be the firey sort that we need on defense - besides, we might owe him a little if he gets sh*tcanned after we raided his roster! LOL

If you mean Herm Edwards he is a D guys, but most of all he is a great motivater. I don't see him getting fired. He will have the Jets back in the PO with a healty Pennington next year
