Marv Levy Our New Head Coach????

Postby Jake » Sat Jan 03, 2004 10:43 am

I doubt this will happen but Levy likes what he sees in DC.

Redskins | Levy Interested in Position? - from www.KFFL.com

ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli reports former Buffalo Bills head coach Marv Levy, 78, has left messages with the Washington Redskins indicating his interest in their vacant head coaching position.

I hope this doesn't happen. Levy hasn't coached in YEARS. I like him and I respect his previous achievements but I still wouldn't want to take a chance on him.

no way, dudes like 80 years old. we don't need someone who is prone to heart complications in the middle of a season.

Levy? Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

We can't run a "clap on, clap off" offense or defense with this guy, so what's the point. He's already shown he can't win a Super Bowl, no matter how many shots he gets!

Move on.....to a better canidate, please.

Oh hell, if we are considering him, why not consider Don Shula, Chuck Noll, Madden and Vince Lombardi. Oh, Vince is dead? So is the career of Marv Levy. What was Marv hoping to get some cash thrown his way for retirement? What? Did Marv's retirement money take a hit with the fall of Enron? Get out here with yourself, Marv.
