John Kent Cooke

I was on a field trip to the Washington Times today. The people who were on the trip were in this beautiful auditorium (it's not the real room where meetings are held) and watched how a "meeting" went b/t the editors. The woman who deals with food and dining mentioned the Joe Gibbs deal with Dominoe's and she also said John Kent Cooke was opening up a vineyard. Just in case you all were curious, that's what Ole' Johnny's been up to lately.

I take a journalism class that just started this year. The English classes take field trips there every year, though.

As far as talking to reporters: nope. We didnt get to do much today. We just walked to this walkway overviewing all of the cubicles and then we went to this auditorium and watched the editors meeting, ate our food, and left about an hour after eating lunch. It was pretty boring. It's a nice place, though.
