I don't think Eli has completed a pass outside of the hashmarks yet. How about we work on that Haslett.

since when is an accepted holding penalty ADDED to the preceding play? Shouldn't it either be declined (keep the outcome of the play) or accepted and have the yardage marched off with a repeat of the preceding down?
