Hognostication Playoffs 2014 - Divisional Round

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Redskin relevance.

Ah, the under. Second week, teams don't seem to score as much, so that's probably the safe bet.

Picks in large bold

Sat. Jan 11

NOS @ SEA
IND @ PAT

Sun. Jan 12

49R @ CAR
SDC @ DEN

189 POINTS

Good luck, gus. We will know after IND @ PAT. If you had picked CAR, I probably would have too.

I guess it's a 'back-handed' compliment - he does not want to take you on by picking against 1 of your choices so he takes the 'easy' route ...
It appears that Dan Snyder is going to let these guys manage things ... for now

If I DID have to take a different one, it'd probably be SF, but I have CAR as my nfl.com fantasy D, so yeah...

no worries ACW - I'm just giving you a hard time

what you did is exactly why you want to try and have the home field advantage - if you 'like' the same teams to win, you get to take the under or over as you did

ROTFALMAO - I could not believe this - I had to bite my tongue after I saw this post, and I had to wait in case he wanted to change it ...

the Vegas line was at about 197 total for the over/under ...

we still had Brees, Luck, Brady, Newton, Rivers and Manning playing - there was no way they would be under 170 - NO WAY

that is an incredible mistake

Congrats Deadskins :(
Blount might have bulldozed my chances (man, the Patriots with a deadly RUNNING game now? Watch out).

It isn't over yet by any means, but right now I have a 19 point cushion on the over side of my point total.

kidding aside - this is the part of Hognostications that I used to like - the trash talking - we used to be able to kid each other during the week and try and 'justify' our big 'mistakes' and misses

although I picked a higher scoring week than others there is still 2 tough games to play and the scores could make things interesting

SF @ CAR is a defensive struggle waiting to happen. These teams met a few weeks ago and totaled 19 points. SD @ DEN should be pretty high scoring, though.

as #1 seed you play the lowest remaining seed - I'm fairly sure you will be up against myself or the playoff commish ....
