I want everyone's opinion on this... The Skins supposedly have Kenny Watson and Ladell Betts on the trading block and the team has denied reports of interest in Mark Brunell. What I want everyone's opinon on is since Watson and Betts might be on the block, who might we be interested in acquiring? And if there is a certain position the team is looking for, what is it?

I think we're just trying to get a draft pick back after already losing 2 to get Chase & Dalton.

Betts would presumably bring a relatively high pick being a second rounder himself.

For a team who needs a back we may be able to get 2nd rounder for Betts. That'll prolly be y he'll play a lot tonite, to showcase him to potential buyers.

If we trade Betts, I'd be satisfied with McCullough, and Watson.

Lions lose starting back James Stewart! There might be a trade!

"I don't know who the bellcow would be. I don't know who the lead dog would be," said Mariucci, in his first year with the Lions. "If we have a guy who's capable of 25 carries a game, I don't know that we have that person ready yet. It very well may be running back by committee."

Mariucci didn't rule out the option of the team signing another running back.
