He also did a much better job of throwing a couple away instead of taking a sack.
There's just nothing bad I can say about P-Ram... he's showing that he's worth the pick we spent on him and then some. He is easily as far along as both Carr and Harrington, the two QBs chosen WAY before him.
Hopefully he can continue to play at this pace and the team can raise their standards to Patrick's level.
Then we're gonna really win some ball games.

Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.
tell me P-Ram can't move when necessary
While I loved the play, he hardly looked alegant and graceful out there puttering around.

He scrambles like Bernie Kosar.

Bernie always ran like a wounded duck too, but on the odd chance that he took off, it was usually good for some yards because it was the INTELLIGENT decision to make at the time.

Did you hear how much praise P-Ram was getting from Moose Johnston and the rest of the talking heads this morning?
He continues to impress. I hope he doesn't start reading his own press. I think he's pretty level-headed and will continue to impress.

God bless our troops and Joe Gibbs.
We'll miss you, Joe.

Dick and Moose were all over themselves in the game talking about P Ram and his composure in the 2nd half. That is why I asked PSD if he had heard other columnists or tv reporters and their views on it.

I don't want to sound like I am jumping on the bandwagon - hell, yes I am.
Ramsey looks great. Considering the dropped passes yesterday, he is doing better than I ever expected. Having said that, it is a long season and I hope it continues.
I see the offense getting better and better the more they play together - maybe they can even stay onside.
One things for sure - Ramsey is the REAL DEAL!
Go SKINS from NC

Welcome aboard Speek - nice to have ya here!
I thought the kid looked great towards the end of last year, and he is starting out better than I could have dreamed. I don't think it will happen every game as things happen and people have bad days. BUT that being said - I think he could well be a great franchise QB that we haven't had since Theismann. How many QBs did we go through after him?
Makes you think doesn't it?

Speek says,
Not me! Having seen P-Ram in training camp, I knew he was gonna be 1000x better this year.
This kid now knows the system...and is more mature. I expect great things from him. Hopefully, he won't have a bad outting...but even if he does, this kid has potential!!

One thing, when you listen to him in interviews - he is never satisfied with himself... very intense. He seems to be well put together mentally - but isn't happy til he hits perfection and I think that will keep him from being big headed.

He's like that at practice too. I described his love of the game as Favre-esque in the preseason.
Every time he made a good throw in practice, he'd pump his fists emphatically. Every time he missed one, he'd be very animated too. Not in a dejected way, just in a 'Geez... I shoulda made that throw' kind of gesture.
He's got game.

Could our search finally be over.
That'll always be tough to gauge in the middle of a player's career, but I don't really see how you could ask for any more out of a second year QB than what Ramsey has done.
I'd say the search IS over, but the quest has only just begun.
