being from north carolina, i have witnessed racism all my life. things like this really bother me, but truly, there is not much you can do. do you remember a couple years back, that georgia was still flying the confederate flag at the state capital. there was a big clash with the georgian gov't and the naacp about it. the flag did come down after some legal struggles. this kind of BS is very real. i feel for the kid involved, i never had a 3.96 gpa.
seems that racism is a very touchy subject, and it should be. again living here all my life i've seen things i don't care to repeat. these things have driven me to be racist to a certain extent....... I HATE REDNECKS. every time i see a confederate flag flying, i want ot rip it down, pi$$ on it, the set fire to it. the sayin goes "its heritage, not hate"....MY ASS!
now i'm all worked up, but i won't rant anymore on this, i'm gonna go lift some, burn off some of this negativity.
i signed the petition, and only hope it helps.
