Kordell isn't a happy camper
If the Bears decide to bench Kordell Stewart, it could get messy. Sources told the Chicago Tribune's David Haugh that Stewart is already unhappy with the Bears and that he may consider being benched an act of betrayal.
Jets must re-sign young stars
The Newark Star-Ledger's Dave Hutchinson reports that the Jets will have some tough contract decisions to make in the coming months. Shaun Ellis, John Abraham, Chad Pennington and Kareem McKenzie will all be looking for new deals.
Bills GM hung coach out to dry
Buffalo News columnist Bob Dicesare doesn't think that coach Gregg Williams is solely to blame for the Bills' recent skid. Dicesare writes that GM Tom Donahoe's decision to let his coach go into this season as a lame duck compromised Williams' authority.
