I am curious about something and do not know the answer so I will ask those of of you that do. Can a TE throw a pass? My thought is that if Cooley, Yoder and Brenner are having a throwing contest before each game and by Cooley's admission he actually wins some of those, could Cooley throw a pass?

Take a scenario where Cooley lines up on the left side, drops back and is given the ball and throws a pass down field. Granted, it is a gimic play but it would sure make for an interesting play.
