Players grumbling about Falcons' Reeves
Have the Falcons turned on Dan Reeves? Atlanta Journal-Constitution columnist Terence Moore thinks that the Falcons should "shut up and play" rather than continue to rip Reeves behind his back.

Will Bills try to save Williams' job?
Buffalo News columnist Jerry Sullivan thinks that Sunday's game against the Redskins will serve as a referendum for Gregg Williams and the Bills. Sullivan writes that by playing hard, the Bills can show that they don't want Williams to be fired.

Kordell to take seat on bench
A left leg injury may not be the only reason that Kordell Stewart isn't starting against the Seahawks. The Chicago Tribune's David Haugh reports that the injury may be a way for the Bears to bench Stewart without bruising his ego.

I still cannot understand why any team would expect Kordell to do well anywhere. He is not an NFL caliber QB. How much ego can he really have? He sucks.

He did make the Pro-Bowl a few years back....I'd say the same about McNabb and many of you would call me crazy.

I damn sure hope we can put the final nail in Williams' coffin this week!

Yeah he lucked out with a great Steelers team and almost got to the bowl. But I still think he's a joke. He choked that year in the end like I knew he would.

haha. Now that I think about it....I'm sure some people would use that argument against McNabb....

Not I though. Kordell is consistently in 'should he be benched' controversy -- that on top of his mostly poor play make him a dud.

I agree.....Kordell is not the answer in Chitown.....but who would be, the coach and team as a whole is terrible.

Maybe DS would be interested in landing another stud linebacker in Urlacher this offseason.....we could dump Jesse and move Jermiah to the outside? Just a thought....I love to see the trio of Trotter, LA and Urlacher on the field at the same time...yikes!

TH, that would be nice, but urlacher signed a hefty 7 year extension in the offseason. would kill the bears salary cap to dump him.

I'd settle for one man who could create some pressure or demand some double teams and let everyone else create the rush....but yea a 4 man pass rush would be sweet.
