I hope someone destroys DeSean Jackson.
I know I'm a distraught fan, so flame away.
So I changed it from dies to maimed...better? I wouldn't actually wish death I hope everyone realizes...he had the zebras help him out.

Agree 100% - except I don't wish death. He is an arrogant little punk and someone in the next couple years is going to break him in half so he should enjoy it while he can. |

DeSean is high on life right now. I only wish our defense could have shut him up with their play yesterday.
That kind of arrogance really bugs me, but players who act like that tend to get what's coming to them. I don't wish it on them, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy the irony a little when it happens. |

True enough... at some point, he will need to run a crossing route or two in front of one of the safeties he has elected to embarrass.

We used to have a player whose physicality would have brought a little humility into Jackson's play. Not one Redskins game goes by without Sean Taylor being in my mind. Although that's a different thread altogether really. |

We think about him every game. And most threads of any substance on THN still trigger a thought about Taylor, for me. |

Thats what first came to mind when I read Vet's comment that someone will break him in half one day. I thought Sean would've done that Monday Night and he probably wouldn't have scored at all if Sean was still with us. That run was a play where you could just picture him coming out of no where and knocking him out of bounds. Man, how many times have I thought that since Sean died? Every game there is a play where you are like that wouldn't had happened if Sean was still alive.
We still miss you Sean.

I'd rather have a good team than 53 superstars - it does not matter who we "passed over" (in the draft or free agency) if the players selected to be a part of this team do not make the team better - adding superstars is for fantasy football and is not reality - great players do not necessarily make any team better - the most recent case is Jason Taylor 
looking back at drafts and wondering "what if" is only constructive if the player would have helped your team or fits in with the system you have. This team needs to have people in charge that can put the coaches on the sidelines and the players on the field that play the game together as a team better than we have seen the past 10 years  |
