Orantes Grant Released Today!?

The Skins released Orantes Grant today to make room for Calvin Carlyle. I am prety mad about this because I beleived ha had plenty of potential as backup LB and as a special teamer. Maybe if he isnt picked up by the time Smoot is healthy, maybe we'll let Carlyle go and bring him back. But IMHO, I think he will be picked up by another team. If he isn't, there may be something he can't get right or the 31 other teams in this league haven't been to Earth and paid attention to this guy.

Well we had to cut somebody and considering our secondary woes, it couldn't be T. Franz who would be the next most likely candidate in my opinon.

Jake- Watch the waiver wire and see if Grant doesnt end up in Cincinnati. If he does, your hunch on his being a quality player was right. Lewis has been quick to grab players he had here.
