Here's to hoping that the NFL has turned a corner and will now start cutting players who "commit" crimes and get arrested (but here's to wishful thinking.....hahaha)

He was busted for DUI on June 26 and arrested again Saturday night after reportedly pointing a firearm at three different people. The firearm was loaded, according to police. Berry was penciled in as the Lions' starting right corner, a job for which Alphonso Smith, Dwight Bentley and Jacob Lacey will now battle. It's a blow to the Lions' secondary. |

He was charged with pulling a gun on three drunk guys... He says he has never seen them before and had no weapon.
Granted he was arrested for a DUI less than 30 days ago and should have been nowhere near the possibility of trouble, but he hasn't even been charged yet.
That's his story anyway |
