Shanny has got to bring in a kicker for a showdown on Friday to determine our Kicker.

Bring Gano back to try to get his job back.

Bring that Buc Kicker that kicked tonight, he made some 50 yarders last week.

We can't go into the season with a kicker who gives us a minimal chance to win with a 40+ FG.

Apparently he's been told he's our kicker for the regular season...

Billy Cundiff will be our kicker for more than 1 season
The Redskins need to change to improve - we need a better GM and we need to do a better job of who we bring in to coach and play here - players and coaches need to be held accountable when they do not do their jobs well

Why?

If we needed a guy that will only hit 3 out of 4 kick we could have just kept the guy with potential. Cundiff has been hitting 3 out of 4 (77% career success rate) for the past eight years.

He has no up side. Sure he might kick better than 77% but the olds are against it. Would have rather kept the 80% guy (Rackers) or the younger 77% guy that was improving instead of regressing.

Beside Cundiff is a former Cowturd and I don't like Cowturds. Heck I don't even want any on my fantasy team, let alone my real team.

I don't count Bowen because Doc Walker did a Cowturd exercism on him when he got here last year!

because he's motivated to prove he's a good kicker

AND

because Shanny is very motivated to select the best kicker

we'll see who's better at selecting players between you and Mike

Concerning Cundif, who was unceremoniously cut by the Ravens, I would put my money on Skinsfan33 being able to select a better kicker than Shanny. That Buc kicker trying to unseast Barth has kicked better than Cundif.

Kai Forbath 5 for 5 with 2-2 in the 40 - 49 range and 2-2 in the 50+ range.

He kicked one FG against us.

When he gets cut by the Bucs, Shanny would be wise to look into this guy.

He's better than Gano at kicking touchbacks. Back in 2010, Cundiff hit 89.7% of FG's wheras Gano hit only 68.6% (both attempted FG's in all 16 games). And last year Cundiff hit 75.7% to Gano's 75.6%. Who's to say Cundiff can't come out this year and repeat his 2010 season (he went to the Pro Bowl that year)? All in all I think this was actually an upgrade.

Gano = Colt Brennan, Marcus Mason, Darnerian McCants etc

A bunch of guys with "potential" that never did anything.

BTW - whose pulled a hammy running to the phone to call Gano???

anyone....anyone

The Redskins kicker this year will THANKFULLY not be Gano and will give the team a better FG kicker than we've had for a while :D

AND

THIS FO is not listening to ANY input from guys that don't have a clue

I'm OK with their decisions on who can help this team this season
