Morris: I never thought I'd play with someone like RGIII
Video interview: http://blogs.nfl.com/2012/12/06/alfred- ... -like-rg3/
Washington Redskins rookie running back Alfred Morris has rushed for 1,106 yards through 12 games. He ran to the Redskins facility early Thursday morning to chat with “NFL AM” about his coming-out party after being drafted in the sixth round of the 2012 NFL Draft.
Morris also discussed his quarterback, Robert Griffin III, saying the running back should be Rookie of the Year, the Redskins’ run to the playoffs and his now-famous car, “Boo”.

I can't say enough about our RB. In the future; when we have a healthy Helu type back, we are really going to run even better. He lacks the speed to turn the corner but he is a throw back. We needed that. Last year we really didn't have anyone that could take a beating and keep on running. I predict he will give us many years.

It was on NFL AM all morning.

Great player. High character guy. That's the makings of which winning teams are built. Glad to have him here.

I keep an eye on NFL.com. They have featured a ridiculous amount of Redskins coverage (well, RGIII coverage really) this season.

I liked his response to the question about our mentality w/r/t to winning out to make the playoffs. That locker room has made light speed jump from a few years ago.
I know he got a pretty good zip on the ball. He has a quick release. . . once I seen a coupla' throws, I was just like 'Yeah, he's that dude.'"

to be clear, 'winning out', does NOT put us in the playoffs - we still need 'help'
BUT
I'd be very surprised if we were not in the playoffs if we can go 10-6
we could even win the NFC East

Nobody really expects the Redskins to do well - 8 wins is considered a winning season for Dan Snyder's Redskins
Redskins should fire Bruce Allen & try a different way of managing this franchise
Thankfully, Kirk Cousins is no longer the QB
