Rock/Russell/Hassellback

As noted in earlier posts...

P-Ram needs to shut it down for a week, two, or so. Why not give Hassellback a full week or two to see if he will be a serviceable back up for us next season. P-Ram doesn't need to prove anything to us, the guy is a stud, heady, strong armed and our future, so why not experiment a little with TH.

Rock Cartwright too has earned consideration as a starter, and should get full reps as a starter when he's ready. Candidate may need to shut it down to let that ankle heal, cause the dude isn't doing much in my book, not now and not before the sprain. So we can better evaluate Cartwright as a starter for next season and we won't be tempeted to do anything at this position during the offseason/draft.

D. Russell also must get starter reps for the above noted reasons. If we can be somewhat satisfied with one D tackle positon, then maybe FA or the draft will fill the other (and backups of course). This way we can focus on D ends, possible corner (for Champ), saftey, etc.

LET'S CONCENTRATE ON THE DEFENSE DURING THE OFFSEASON.

Oh, and by the way, does anyone have an perception of SOS's disposition if he is forced to fire Edwards? (god willing)
HAIL GIBBS' FROM SO CAL. MAY HE BRING THE TOUGHNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM THAT WE HAVE BEEN LACKING!!
