that have mentioned a gm being hired recently..... do you think snyder will go for it or will he try to maintain control. its not like its every offseason that a good gm hits the market...pollack, and mckay are both rumored out of a job.... they don't count against the cap, could be snyder's best move yet

As I said in an earlier post it is going to be very hard to convince someone like McCay or Pollock to come to the Redskins. Especially McCay who has had to deal with hands on owners in Tampa for the past few years and is probably not too excited to jump into something possibly even worse.
