To poster above, I've gained like 20 pounds since I posted this....so the 131 stuff is completly irrelevent...I'm also 5'10, not 5'8, that was incorrect.

Sounds like you are in your way, plus the program will add a few inches and at least 5 lbs on top of that.

I'm actually 5'10 147 pounds.

I've been quarterbacking here or there.

My drops still need work, don't know if i'll try out for QB this year, even though its an open competition.

I really wish I had my size now in HS. My senior year I was 6'1 145. Now I'm 6'1 205. What I would have done. I probably wouldn't have tore my ACL twice before I graduated.

Don't any set of predetermined stats keep you from pursuing what you love, that being said, you need to do everything you can every single day to get better physically and as a quarterback. Good luck

my brother played a little linebacker, db and safety...he's only 10th grade (varsity) and was 5-9 120 couple...he's gotten bigger though and he's around 5-11 now and probably 135 - 140, and he's playing safety and wr this year...

you'd be fine for safety..just got to remember to go low on people
