| i haven't seen or heard anything about Gibbs' plans for the draft. from what i've been reading, here and elsewhere, it looks like if they keep the #5 pick it'll be Sean Taylor, Kevin Jones, a DT (Wilfork or Harris?) or K2. honestly, i'll be happy with any of them. But with the 37th pick and the 69th pick (i think those are the #s), that's where the scouting homework comes in. i've been reading that there are good backs that should be available later and Sean Taylor is a bonafide top 5 pick who will be better than Ed Reed. Wilfork has weight issues and I'm not sold on K2 because of the attitude. so I guess I'd go with Taylor. of course, i also feel we'll address the DLine in free agency, but who knows? |

| The top thing Sean Taylor has working for him right now is the success of Ed Reed. But look who Reed had to mentor HIm. One of the all time greats in football, heart and intensity. Is there anyone on The Skins' who could be that to Sean Taylor. If so I haven't met him yet. |

I agree that that was a good move last year, but its a move that you can only do so many times with out getting into cap trouble. Those proven vets cost money, but at least you know what you're getting.
