That looks so illegal! That's one of the reasons I don't wanna play college ball or even high school ball for that matter.

it may be borderline.... but still looks to me as if he got the defender on the left shoulder pad and drove him into a blocker with a stiff arm, that's where the helmet came off..
regardless, i think the guy has a type of confidence you can't teach, i almost hope he has a bad combine appearance, to drop him to us in the second. Laughing

man, jdub, seeing a RB, running with that much power gets my adrenaline flowing Very Happy i saw that game,(being here in UNC country), a couple more FSU games, and the senior bowl. if for some reason we trade down with NE, that 21st pick would be a great steal to say the least. i know it was a college corner, but, dayum, he man handled the defender. this is what you call a bruiser back......
BTW... 6-1, 255 lbs

Not only is he a power runner, but I read that before he blew out his knee in 2002, he ran a 4.41 in the forty. DAMN. But about drafting the guy, we dont need to worry if he'll drop to the 2nd round, he surely will. Only because of injury troubles. Hey did you guys know hes the cousin of boxing great Joe Frazier???

Just to add to the impressiveness of that clip....

I don't think that it a CB that he b!tch-slapped there, but All-ACC saftey Dexter Reid. You can't tell from that clip but I remember that from when it happened.

as much as i think we need to give betts a chance, and we need to use our 3 draft picks on the Defensive side of the ball... After seeing that clip and reading up on Jones... I wouldn't mind using a second round pick on him if he falls that far.

For what it's worth Mike Mayock on the NFL Network said that Greg Jones is the #1 RB on his board and will be gone by pick 20.
