Here is the list of defensive ends invited to the 2004 combine.
Nathaniel Adibi, Virginia Tech
Jared Allen, Idaho State
Jason Babin, Western Michigan
Dave Ball, UCLA
Cols Colas, Virginia Tech
Kevin Emanuel, Florida State
Roderick Green, Central Missouri State
Claude Harriott, Pittsburgh
Isaac Hilton, Hampton
Shawn Johnson, Delaware
Trevor Johnson, Nebraska
Travis LaBoy, Hawaii
Bobby McCray, Florida
Shaun Phillips, Purdue
Constantin Ritzmann, Tennessee
Bo Schobel, TCU
Darrion Scott, Ohio State
Andrew Shull, Kansas State
Antonio Smith, Oklahoma State
Will Smith, Ohio State
Larry Stevens, Michigan
Greg Taplin, Michigan State
Reggie Torbor, Auburn
Khaleed Vaughn, Clemson
I said it before...and I'll say it again....I really hope the Redskins sign Shawn Johnson from Delaware. I think he's gonna make an outstanding player some day and, because he played for a I-AA school (which, I'm proud to say, were National Champions), he may slip under the radar! |

Well, if he is as good as you proclaim him to be, I'll take him. |

Ive read somethings about S.Johnson and I dont want him. What ive read is that hes slow, running the 40 in the 4.9- 5.0 range. I dont want another slow run stopping DE that can shift to DT if needed. Our DE's last season were like that and generated minimal pressure against QB's. I really want Isaac Hilton(4.49 in the forty). Hes a raw player who can increase his strength and become an animal. Keep an eye out for this man, he will be tearin up offensive tackles in 2004.
Oh, and also look out for Roderick Green. Hes another GREAT player with AMAZING potential coming from a small school. Ive read hes an amazing athlete, great combo of speed/strength, and that he probably wont get drafted until the 5th/6th round. If we cant get Isaac Hilton, I'd wanna take Rod Green. |

| Shawn Johnson is a monster 4.9-5.0 speed is fine because he doesn't have to run 40 yards to sack a QB. He's fast enough for what we would need of Him, and He is already strong enough to be effective in the NFL. |
