| Quote: | | Though Panthers DT Kris Jenkins has said he’d like to play for a team closer to his home in Maryland, such as the Redskins or Ravens, we hear Carolina has no plans to trade him. He is too valuable a member of the defensive line, and it would take an offer of a very high draft pick, likely a first-rounder, for the Panthers to consider a deal. |

| When healthy he is a force. I know he virtually missed two seasons back to back with injury, but has played in every game the past couple of seasons. I don't know if he is worth a first rounder at this point of his career. |

1st rounder
No way. I say a 3rd rounder is a bit of a stretch. |

| Considering we've traded multiple picks for guys like Duckett and Lloyd, I'd be happy to trade a 3rd rounder for Jenkins. |

| I'll be willing to trade our next years 2nd and 3rd round pick along with our 3rd this year for him.But personally if where gonna end up thinking about him than we might as well,go after FA Hanesworth or Corey Williams. |

| I would trade a peanut butter & jelly sandwich for him. Really no need to give up draft picks for a guy on the decline. The Skins have been there & done that so to speak. First things first solve current cap issue then see where they can go from there. |

This franchise needs to be picking up players that are on the way up, not down. If we were one defensive lineman away from the Superbowl, then maybe, but we have too many needs to be throwing draft picks away on people like Jenkins.
I say pass. |

I agree that that is what needs to happen. I just don't believe that it is going to happen with Vinny and Danny back in charge of player personnel decisions. |

I'd give up a 3rd rounder for him -- in the 2009 draft, not the 2008 draft.
He had a very average year but is coming back from injury, so the Panthers may want to dump his salary hit and go with another guy...he's not an elite player anymore. He played in all 16 games and had 38 tackles and 2.5 sacks.
Prior to his injury you couldn't get him for anything less than a first rounder. |

Prior to her kids and her mental breakdown, Brittany Spears was pretty hot too. |
