I know noboady will replace Sean.......But Kenny was just like him at the U ....agressive hard hitter, and a hawk for the ball.....plus we need another safety and just thinking about him and Landry together......wow...orgasm.......hahahaha, just playin what u guys think?

I think that would be a great move on the Skins part. To have two young, very talented safeties as the core of our D would be awesome. Plus it will help shore up that backfield and let us find a good D lineman in the later rounds...

Terrible idea. Doughty isn't great and we could probably use an upgrade there, but we have far more pressing needs (wr, dline, oline, cb) that need to be addressed.

Exactly right. Doughty is a better SS than anyone we have is a #2 WR. We need depth at S (Fox is the only backup signed) but we are OK with our starters.

Phillip's is a fine player but I'd rather have a pass rusher. If the Skin's get consistent pressure on the QB, all the d-backs will get better.

Completely agree with you. Doughty is good enough.

I like Phillips a lot, but not in the 1st round, which I don't think he is projected anyway. Most are predicting that perhaps no safeties get drafted in the 1st round this year, although somebody may pull an early trigger on Phillips. Now, if he was available in the 3rd round, then I'd definitely take him, but I doubt he falls that far.

Edit: Just a side thought here. Personally, I'd go with a WR in the 1st and a DE in the 2nd. Hypothetically, let's say they trade for a stud WR and draft a DE in the 1st. If they were then going to draft a CB in the 2nd, depending on the talent left at CB, I'd consider taking Phillips in the 2nd. He has the speed to play corner and has played at that position before. He's also pretty good at safety. So in theory, he could play several positions where needed. All I'm saying is if that scenario played out, I'd consider it, if it were me making that decision.

I wouldnt mind getting phillips not one bit.

If this front office was able to find gems in the latter rounds then we would have no problem at all.

Boy I cant wait for the draft. Smile

I doubt if anyone would mind getting him, it's just that S is not our greatest need.

We should've demanded a 1st rd pick for Bloyd so we can get him.... (joke)

Just like everyone here, I think DE, OL then WR is our area of need. I think Doughty will get better, and Landry is just getting started, this guy will be good. He will forever be compared to ST, but he will do him justice.
