No offense, but I'll let let Palermo make that call.

Oh, come on, he's just stating his opinion. Everyone knows the coaches, scouts and Vinny will be making the call. The guy can't have an opinion? I actually agree with him and don't think Campbell is worth the 21st pick. Kiper has dropped Campbell out of the top five DE's. I think Campbell will probably go in the high 2nd round. We'll see.

Hardy is definitely valued as a 1st rounder by some. Our own Mark Maske predicted the Skins would draft him #21 in his mock draft. No, Hardy is not a consensus top 3 WR but if you've actually seen the guy play, you might have a different opinion. Sweed, Kelly and Manningham are all over-rated, IMO. Hardy is under-rated. We'll see if the NFL agrees.

Laughing Exactly. I wouldn't take either one of these guys at #21. I do think Campbell's best days are ahead of him, but I think there will be a lot better players available at #21. You take the best player on the board in the 1st, assuming it's a position of need, and neither Campbell or Hardy will be the best player available at #21.

It's funny, some folks here are pretty high on Hardy. When the draft shows on the NFL Network breakdown game film of corners, they always show the corners shutting down Hardy. Almost every CB analyzed or talked about, they always seem to show game tape of Hardy getting abused by these corners. Hardy has nice size, but I'm definitely not sold on him as a 1st rounder. In the late 2nd or early 3rd, I'd consider him. But I believe there will be a few better WR's available.

Hardy would be a stretch perhaps, but everyone else is hurt or santana-esque and he has averaged over a TD a game in college with great other numbers as well. I think Kelly could go at any point due to health concerns, and Sweed didn't play much last year and that also will be a factor. I'm usually a proponent of take the best player available, but I would not be upset if they went with Hardy. Really, the WR's are all kind of lumped together anyway and i think Hardy has the least of the health concerns and is probably the best pure possession receiver. They really may just be dogging him because he played at Indiana and he doesn't make as many big plays as some of the smaller guys.

Thank you.

Campbell looks like a robot and doesn't show natural pass rushing skills. He makes his plays on the backsie and chasing down players using his athleticism. He is definetly not strong at the point of attack which worries me and while he is a natural 4-3 d end he is somewhat of a project at the nfl level. He ould be a great developmental height and weight prospect for the skins in the 3rd round but 21 would be a complete waste of a pick. We have the chance to draft a player with 21 who can help the team right away, Campbell will not.

let palermo do what he wishes. That is MHO

1st you say he is stiff stiff stiff, then you say he uses his athlteticism. Which is it Question He recorded 10.5 sacks as a soph. How did he manage to do that without pass rushing skills Question

have you watched him on film? he makes all his plays using his athleticism on the back side of plays. He is not a fluid pass rusher and is stiff in his hips.
He is definetly a stiff player. One can still be athletic and stiff just so you know. He is stricty a height and weight prospect. there is a reason he is no longer considered a first round talent. he is DEVELOPMENTAL.
He had 6.5 sacks in 07'. 5 less than in 06'. With only 30 tackles....

I've seen Hardy play and I agree that he is a good player. But there is no way that we draft him at #21 in the first round. Simply isn't going to happen. I also highly doubt that any other NFL team will take him in the first round either.
