DEVIN IN DEMAND

Michigan State receiver Devin Thomas, who could be one of the only wideouts take in round one, has three additional team visits scheduled.

Per a league source, Thomas is meeting with the Redskins, Cowboys, and Raiders. Thomas previously was scheduled to work out for the Ravens this week.

Surely, the Raiders aren’t considering Thomas at the No. 4 overall selection. Or are they? The Raiders don’t have a second-round pick or a third-round selection.

Perhaps the Raiders are planning a possible move down, and are doing their homework in the event that they’re picking lower in round one.

I really like Thomas, but if we want him, we are going to have to take him at 21. 6'2, about 208lbs..not bad.

If he's there at 21, he would be a solid pick IMHO.

I am worried that he is just a one year wonder. I would still prefer Sweed or Kelly(even though he had a horrible 40 time at the pro day)

I read that about Kelly, too, but he's sold on it was a bad day. He said he's willing to run for any team at their request to prove it, which is an attitude that I like.
