I'm quite disappointed not to see more of Gibran Hamdam. I know he is probably practice squad bound but can we not see if he has anything to offer us under the big lights? I thought his performance last week warranted him a bit more playing time this week. At least one passing play???? Maybe we will see him against Jacksonville. As far as Sultan McCoulugh (sp?), he should have earned himself a spot on our roster! He was the star of the second half! Just my thoughts!

My projected practice squad:

Sultan McCullough

Adebola Jimoh

Clifton Smith

Scott Cloman

Robert Gillespie HOPEFULY
(Don't Know If He's Eligable, Though)

Gibran Hamdan

I don't know how Grant would be eligeble if Richmond Flowers isn't. Joseph will make the final roster b/c he's a decent DB and a great special teamer. I don't know why we'd keep Jackson on the practice squad if we haven't yet and weneed him at DT. I agree with Cloman, Hamdan, and McCullough.

Because Grant was on the active roster to end the 2002 season... and I'm pretty sure it makes a difference... I could be wrong there though.

We won't keep more than 10 defensive lineman I don't think:
DE - B. Smith, Upshaw, Wynn, Zellner, & L. Jackson (5 spots)
DT - Haley, Holsey, Chase, Cowsette and Cannida

I don't see Jackson making the squad, because I can't see us keeping more than 10 DL, especially when Zellner has been working at both tackle and end in the preseason.

I think considering the fact that we will probably use a rotation system it makes sense to keep an extra DT on the PS and I think either Jackson or Greg Scott will be the one.

Just my .02
