Today’s Storyline
I Like this system – Many speculated where Mike Knuble would fit into the Capitals system, would he be on the first line with Alex Ovechkin or would head coach Bruce Boudreau put him somewhere else. Obviously, Knuble likes playing with Ovechkin because if his season continues the way it has started he will end the season with 51 assists – 20 more than he has had in his 12-year career. In 2005-06 playing for the Flyers Knuble recorded a career-high 31 assists, the Toronto , Ontario native already has five assists in only eight games this season with the Capitals. |
