We cannot put all of our eggs in one basket. I am hoping Okung will fall to us at no.4. But, there is a strong possibility Okung is drafted by the Lions and maybe even the Bucs. So if we trade down here are a couple good tackles we could consider.

Trent Williams and Malcolm Kelly were HS and college teammates. That shouldn't really factor into us drafting him, I just thought it was kind of neat. He's a great player too.

Anthony Davis has the highest upside of any tackle in the draft it seems, but his work ethic is called into question. Might be a good option if we trade down a few spots.

On Sirius Radio, they've been talking about getting this Washington guy later in the draft. They said that he's a special player - one that fell through the cracks in recruiting but that he was a good fit, very smart, etc.

I don't know anything about the guy though but I'd love to finally find someone who turns out to be a stud.

Trent Williams is a really bad pass blocker.

Bulaga is inconsistent in pass pro, but if Okung was gone I'm not sure we have many other options. He is certainly a mauler. I haven't seen that many pancakes since Robert Gallery. Although we all know how that turned out...

The unknown factor is whether or not we will do any draft-day trades that result in us getting a round 2/round 3 pick.

I think Trent Williams and Anthony Davis are so close to Okung in talent that some teams would pick one of them ahead of Okung. For example, There is some talk of the Lions passing on Okung and Suh to draft Williams.

Not sure what Shanahan is thinking, but Williams excellent footwork and overall athleticism might be a better fit for ZBS. So, I fully expect the Skins to draft a tackle at 4 even if Okung is gone. It would most likely be Williams. But Davis is the best run blocker of the three and could have the most potential. I think Shanny will shy away from him for fear he'll be the Offensive version of Haynesworth with work ethic questions.

Okung is the most complete LT right now, but isn't known for his run blocking or raw power.

Williams moved from RT to LT this past season and had an adjustment period early in pass blocking. He got better as the season went on and has drawn praise for his power, quick feet and run blocking.

These two guys can be viewed as varying shades of gray. If you want to install a ZBS and think you have a great OLine coach, Williams might be both a better fit and bring slightly more upside.

If you want the can't miss blue-chip LT who can start at LT today and probably be solid for ten years, you draft Okung. I don't think you can go wrong with either one.
