| I'm watching the Rose bowl and I am loving this kid's accuracy and his athleticism , right now he is projected as a 3-5th round pick but with the senior bowl ,combine and private workouts he could be a viable second rounder, that way we could get our star receiver (Julio Jones or Justin Blackmon ) in the first round. what do y'all think |

I am with you NewSkinsFan! I have been a fan of Dalton's since he got to TCU. I don't understand why they are projecting this kid as a 5th rounder. I am wondering if Shanahan is looking at kids like him to draft rather than the big name guys (the sure bets will be gone). I love what they say about him below:
9) Andy Dalton- TCU- 6’3 220 - Good Size
It’s not often that a TCU quarterback becomes a legit draft option, but Dalton has a lot of upside. While Dalton makes quite a few plays downfield, it’s his accuracy that really stands out. He seems to make the necessary plays late in the game that gives TCU the extra boost. He’s a smart passer and more of a game manager than anything, but he could be a solid option at the next level.

| Personally I like the kid. Good arm strength, makes plays and WIN'S most importantly. But not sure about the intangibles and what not that separate guys in the NFL from College. |

| I think we'd be fortunate if Jones was still there at 14 although if he is we should probably pass. Trade the pick to a team high on Jones. We need to build from the inside out. A nose tackle is a higher priority than a wide receiver. |

I don't think so after seeing what Anthony Bryant did yesteday; we might have found our future NT. |

I won't be passing any judgments on Bryant after one game. There must be reasons he was buried on the depth chart behind an injured Kemoeatu. |

He's 29 & hasn't established himself yet. Maybe an OK backup, but that's about it. |

Especially since we're picking at the 10 spot, and if he were still there at 14 we would have already passed.

Espcially since we're picking at the 10 spot, and if he were still there at 14 we would have already passed. |
At the time of the post we were projected to be picking at 14. Either that or I can't type.  |
