Brian Orakpo was at the unveiling, most teams stayed pretty much the same with the exception of the Seahawks who went the way of Oregon. Link for the rest of the teams http://espn.go.com/espn/page2/index?id=7769089

Orakpo said on ESPN980 that we're going to get an alternate uni that's pretty different than anything we currently have. I'm interested...and fearful. According to him the Org wanted to really push this new deal and wanted the alternate. I'd have to assume that it's going to employ A LOT of black. We have burgundy/burgundy. White/White... Well...., it could be yellow on yellow, but that'd be atrocious. That being said, that's what it'll prolly be.

Yeah the only two "alternate jerseys" I can see them doing is the black jersey with burgundy numbers with gold trim that I've seen people wearing.
The other color combo could be a gold jersey with burgundy numbers and white trim (burgundy pants) which I'm hoping is not the case. Puke
It would look like a hideous practice jersey.

Although it's been highly debated before on this site, I like the gold pants (both with the burgundy AND white jerseys). It'll certainly be interesting to see what the Redskins will look like in 2012.

The jersey is pretty much the same only with the Nike swoosh on the shoulders and a slightly different collar.
