| It starts next week, right?!?! I can't wait! I don't care what they're doing, it'll be news. The team will be together, maybe some reports on RGIII working with WR's. |

You couldn't say that about Luck... which is another reason why I liked RGIII over Luck.  |

He doesn't have to be under contract but any good agent will keep him out until he is signed (fears of injuries)
It's a 3 day post draft camp... Luck would have been able to work out at this camp if he had been drafted by the Skins, but even with a contract he would have to miss all of the camps in May and part of some in June. With RGIII after this camp (it's really a 15 day window) he can stick around and workout with his team. |

How is it moot? If he can't be there because he's not under contract, that's just as bad as not being there because of still being in school. I'm not clear on the rules, though, that's why I'm asking. He may be able to participate anyway, since there's no contact. |

| Luck actually is able to participate in the rookie minicamp .. Every rookie is authorized regardless of standing with their schools... After the rookie minicamp he is not able to be with the team till after June 7th |

What happens at the rookie mini camp?
But RGIII can participate, right? After he signs. |

What happens at the rookie mini camp?
But RGIII can participate, right? After he signs. |
I'm not sure how it works in terms of whether a player is required to be under contract in order to participate in the rookie minicamp |

Drafting Luck would have meant Luck would not be available until June.
He would be fine with the minicamp held from June 11 to June 14 but OTA workouts that he would have to missed include these dates May 21, May 23-24, May 29-31 and June 4-7. RGIII will be at ALL of them. |
