Giants CB Thomas likely out for entire season

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Redskin relevance.

Giants CB Thomas likely out for entire season

ESPN's Adam Schefter confirmed on SportsCenter Tuesday that Giants RCB Terrell Thomas (ACL) is likely to miss all of 2012.

"It looks like he's going to need surgery," Schefter said. "It looks like he's going to be out for the year." This is the third ACL tear of Thomas' career, as he suffered the injury once at USC and twice more in the pros. It's believed no player has ever returned successfully from three ACL reconstructions, although linebacker Thomas Davis is currently trying to do so in Carolina.

Seems like the Giants have CB issues at the beginning of each year.
Support the troops, especially our snipers.

He was a great fantasy player for me a couple of years ago, then he had an ACL tear. Looks like he won't be back this time.
