In 3rd grade, I thought that Chicago was in China. See....Chi and Chi in the beginning of each word..?
My 3rd grade class had a teacher's aide. She stood in front and introduced herself, saying that she was originally from Chicago.
My thoughts were: hmmm, that's funny, she doesn't look Chinese.
She was African American or Black if you will. It wasn't until grade 4 or 5 that I learned where Chicago was........LOL
Feel free to share. |

I fell in love with my second grade teacher. I thought she was the most beautiful woman ever.
... at least compared to my classmates. |

Mrs. Wells. 1st grade. She moved and broke my heart. I figure she's about 75 now - if she's alive.
The one I remember deserves a spot in the hot chicks thread.

I saw puppies being born and thought they were coming out of the bitches butt. Ouch.

| My second grade teacher Ms. Poole (she was about 25 years old). She was wearing a very loose sweater one day and bent over to help a student in front of me with something. It was the first time I saw underboob and quite possibly where my love fest of boobs came from. |

| My 3rd grade teacher was Mr. Wilson, and I loved how he always took a special interest in playing hide and go seek in the basement after school with me. Can't remember much after I went into the boiler room down there now that I think about it. |

When I was... I think it was the 7th grade, there was a song out called "Keep On Moving" by a group called "Soul 2 Soul". Well, there's a part of it that goes "yellow is the color of sun rays".. but what I thought (and found out years later that I def. wasn't the only one) they were saying was "yellow is the color of some rain".

I remember wondering who made God (when I was about 6 or so) but later found out that was about as profound as anything anyone has ever asked.
Go figure.
Then there was the time a fellow 6 year old told me that the f-bomb meant "kiss." When I used it that way in front of my mom she literally washed my mouth out with Felsnaptha. That is laundry soap with lye in it.
