I'm not a massive golf fan, I much prefer team sports to individual ones like tennis and golf. But the Ryder Cup weekend is just one of my favourite sporting events, it truly is.
When you add the team ethos to golf it becomes so much more exciting. What can be better than that last day, with 12 matches taking place at once and the drama that brings?!? There comes a point when every putt is to either win a hole or to save it, and its brilliant tv!
I don't know how big it is out there, getting bigger I hear, but the whold of the UK and Ireland will be glued to the tv that's for sure.
C'MON EUROPE!!!!!!!

Not quite the 'rest of the planet', just a particularly nice part of it...
And BTW, the Cup is coming home again!
Rory Mc will tame the tiger yet again, he's not your best team player anyway, can't handle it, can he....!?!

I know its Europe.. still a whole continent tho.. the joke was in reference to the presidents cup where you "internationals" team up to take on the power house!
Funny thing about little Rory , he sold his house in NI and moved to Florida, like most foreign golfers, and now lives here but plays against USA when he can.
So the only difference between the cups is ya foreigners can sub in two Asians a south American and an Aussie or two? Lol |

Wow!
What a start to the final day!
The Ryder Cup is just magnificent, what a spectacle!
I've got the golf on tv and the Skins on the pc, feels like I'm at a tennis game I'm going from side to side so much!!
