Addison is 25 yrs old
Ht / Wt: 6'3' / 252
College: Troy
He has appeared in 10 games with the Bears and Colts over the past three seasons

Another good addition but with a view to next season. I am ok with him but this is not expected to be an immediate impact player.
We are coming back to our grow up strategy (instead of win now). Not bad. Planting good seeds always pays up in the future. |

I'm guessing they see him as a upgrade over White (who has been cut twice by the Redskins in less than two months  in the last year and a half). Shanny rarely cuts his own draft picks since coming to Washington (basically because he had no depth), yet Markus has gotten the ax twice.
White wasn't going to play, and Addison might not see much PT either.
Definitely looking to the future with this move. |
