| The overwhelming majority feels that Kyle will be the "heir apparent" to his father. I also like this idea............we shall see. |

He was a goot OC in Houston and IMHO has been better here -- in that he changed his entire offense to work around RGIII.
Personally, if Danny boy is committed to the Shanahans, KS will stay and take over for his dad. I don't see that happening in the next year or even 2. Because MS is KS's dad, KS won't just take any job. He isn't going to take the Jacksonville job or KC -- but if the price and opportunity are correct, even MS will tell him to take an HC job; however I think that MS is smart enough to know that KS is not ready to be a HC just yet. |
YAH....das goot....
KS, MS, ........I hope it's all not just BS |

| My prediction is he stays here for 2 more years. Then takes a HC job somewhere and trades us a 1st round pick for Captain Kirk Cousins. |

Would be pretty sweet. If this offense continues to be ranked Top 5 every year, Kyle will get HC opportunities. So, if he doesn't become the HC here, I'd expect him to take a position somewhere. Usually teams who have Head Coaching openings, have no franchise QB.
So, it would make sense for Kyle to look to take Kirk with him if and when he becomes a Head Coach.
I think this is more possible than some might think. Mike Shanahan isn't "old" for his age. Look at Tom Coughlin. He's old as dirt. |

He has a bright future ahead of him and many teams are in need of a good qb right now. RG3 is a rookie so we don't need a young guy to fill in for him. |

I actually think this is the most likely scenario, even as early as next season. |

I'm all for the winning a Super Bowl scenario
THEN
a really big offer comes in for him to go and be a Head Coach somewhere else next season
I like that
not happening though
Kyle knows 2 things better that anyone
1 that he's in a good place with a great QB and a great RB
2 that he's NOT ready to be a HC |

| Kyle Shanahan is being talked about as a head coaching candidate. I'd like to see him stay and succeed His dad; obviously our core group is so young they will outlast Mike and it'd be nice to have that continuity of scheme for two decades. |

This makes sense. So does staying here and taking over. If his success continues he will get a shot one way or another. |
