Laughing fair enough JSPB

AND

Mike ALSO had a team meeting pointing to the challenge ahead AND the opportunity for success just before they got ready to play the 10th game

RG3 brought this up and said it motivated the players to push themselves harder

we're very lucky to have RG3 but he's the captain on a team that Mike is in charge of - both deserve a lot of credit

"Just look," he said, pointing to the labels. "We've cut 150 players since I got here and only one of them is starting for another team -- Carlos Rogers in San Francisco. We've got a whole new team."

- This is why you don't release a coach after 2 years...

- This is why you don't compare him to other coaches and what they're doing. Show me another coach in this league that's had to overcome what Mike has. Show me another coaches that's had to cut 150 players in the time frame he has had to.

- Thank you Dan for sticking to your guns and getting a football mind in here.

Willie Smith was a sometimes starter & Roc ky was an important part of the rotation, but his record is still good.

Nope. You don't remember his "evaluate the talent for next year" presser? RGIII called a players only meeting. It had nothing to do with Shanny, other than 44diesel's point about weeding out the bad eggs. But the team coming together at the bye week is all on RGIII.

Yeah I like the offensive game plan RGIII put together against the Browns. Also the quality depth he drafted before the season to step up if our starters got hurt. Really amazing how RGIII finally got the defense to respond with all of the blitzes he started calling too.

Deadskins, eh? Smoke a lot of weed back in the day listening to Jerry? A few too many acid hits maybe?

Gee riggo, were we talking about the entire season, you might be justified in your critique, but the conversation was about the impetus for our seven game winning streak. Rolling Eyes

And, why just back in the day? Drinking
