| Absolutely! Hopefully by the time I get up in the morning, we'll have a new CB and our Starting TE back. Bruce Allen deserves a trophy he can make that work. Quality RT options, resigned key role players, and added star CB. |

Turn to the draft and get better. Total win to come out of this situation riding the momentum of an NFC East Championship, and only lose OMG and DHall while adding Talib & potentially a draft full of young talent. |

Biggest problems we'd have is managing the wait till the draft. If this happens, man, what a great place to be.

Is Talib an upgrade over D Hall? Advanced Football stats had Hall as the fifth ranked CB last year (yes, I was shocked too) and Talib as the 77th ranked CB (they only ranked his games with Tampa).

Don't get me wrong, I will be very excited if this goes through, because right now we have no one.
Still hope we draft a CB early in the draft, but this means that going into the draft or to priority is FS followed by RT, since we don't have adequate starters fit either of those spots. |

You never know... I'm not saying your concern is unwarranted, because it isn't. But you had Kory L on the bench last off-season, people can surprise you.
I think those guys are here for depth and to push Compton. |

Granted, he's just one man... but Schefter is reallt plugged in, especially when it comes to Mike Shanahan. He and Shanahan are friends and wrote a book together when Schefter was with the Denver Post. Also, as an example Schefter drafted and then started Alfred Morris on week one in his ESPN fantasy league. No one was sure who was going to start last year, and certainly not that Morris was going to be a beast.
I am still hoping we can find a way to land Talib but this tweet came after the others. Doesn't look like Talib to the Skins yet. |
